Part of Casa Angelina's visual style is its collection of contemporary art. Against the tranquil beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, enjoy the pieces and their deep and vibrant colours against the hotel's crisp white. Mexican artist Sergio Bustamante's playful ceramics, featuring sun and moon figures, enchant the eye, while the glass pieces, Venetian specialities crafted on the island of Murano, mix strong colours in thought-provoking designs. Some, such as Cabeza con Gato and Mujer del Pescador are realisations in glass of Cuban artist Alfredo Sosabravo's oil paintings and drawings. Others are original pieces by Lebanese artist Gina Nahle.
Original oil paintings by Argentinean-born Patricia Valencia Carstens show impressionist influences, bronze sculptures by Etienne decorate the hotel and Tim Cotterill frog bronzes capture the whimsical character, the jewel like quality, and the pure joy of these little creatures.
