Guests are treated to an intimate, three-course live cooking show and meal, hosted and curated by our Executive Chef, Leopoldo Elefante.
Chef Elefante carefully tailors his menus based on guests’ dietary restrictions and preferences, creating a truly bespoke dining experience reflective of the culinary traditions and customs of the Amalfi region. Our Rooftop Terrace guests will also meet our restaurant manager to learn more about Amalfi cuisine, its origins, and the various cooking methods involved. Our sommelier perfectly pairs these specialty dishes with wines from our diverse collection of Italian and International labels.
